Changes to Prescription Ordering Process




To our loyal customers,

This is just a courtesy email to inform you of some recent changes to our prescription ordering processes.

We are contacting you to advise that we can only release prescription medications once the original hard copy prescription has been received by the pharmacy. This is a legal requirement and unfortunately a process that is out of our control.

To assist you with the prescription ordering process we now have a reply paid address for you to mail the original hard copy script to. On your envelope without the need of a postage stamp you can mail your prescriptions to

For customers with existing repeat prescriptions on file, please ensure you have posted your original hard copy prescription as we must receive this before we can release your next order.

This procedure will also apply for any in-store customers and pick ups, we will not be able to release the medication without the original hard copy prescription.

In the case of an emergency, we will be able to accept prescriptions direct from your vet to urgently dispense the medication, with the vet to post the original prescription to the pharmacy. If needing to use this option please speak to your vet and provide them with our email address of so that they can send this through to us as promptly as possible so that we can process your order.

We understand this change in the ordering process may be frustrating and we appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
