As part of the pet health community, many Aussie pet carers are relying on us at Pet Care Pharmacy as an essential business on to continue supporting necessary health services and medications to our loved pet family members.
Within our pharmacy we are taking extra precautions to ensure all staff are aware of the hygiene measures. We have hand sanitiser available for both staff and customer use as our business follows all Government and WHO protocols.
Do I need to stock up on my pet supplies?
We know our furry friends depend on us. Pet Care Pharmacy will remain open to continue providing essential food, medication and supplies. We have been working closely with our suppliers, to ensure we have enough medication and supplies to provide essential access to the care they may require. We encourage all pet owners to be vigilant and aware how much remaining medication is available at home, and to order in advance of running out to make sure any unforeseen delays can be covered for. We have noticed some delays with many packages over the last few weeks due to flights being grounded, so many packages are going via road rather than air. We encourage all our customers to select the Express Post option to avoid lengthy delays.
Please note that Australia Post and other courier services have imposed safety restrictions on all parcels and will no longer require signature on delivery or collection until further notice.
Can I still come in to collect my order?
For those customers of ours who prefer to collect in-store we are still operating business as usual. If you are not comfortable entering the store, you can call the store on 02 9896 5885 upon arrival and we will bring your order out to the car for you. We ask that all customers who choose to collect in-store pre-pay for their orders over the phone or online to minimise cash and card handling by both customers and staff.
