The Virbac Endogard Wormer is a broad-spectrum allwormer for the treatment and prevention of roundworm (Toxacara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum, Ucinaria stenocephala), whipworm (Trichuris spp.), and tapeworm (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp.), including hydatids (Echinococcus granulosus) in dogs and cats.

Dogs and cats can pick up intestinal worms by transmission from the mother during pregnancy or following birth, by ingestion from contaminated food, from faeces, fleas, skin penetration, or from close contact with another animal.

Caution: Does not control heartworm.

Directions for Use: These chewable tablets are quarter scored to allow for flexible dosing in multi-pet households.

Puppies and kittens: Treat according to weight every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age, followed by monthly until 6 months of age, then every 3 months for life.

Adult dogs: Treat according to weight every 3 months. For dogs in hydatid areas, treat every 6 weeks and where whipworm is a problem, treat 6 - 8 weeks after 3 months of age.

Breeding females: Treat during gestation, one week prior to whelping and 3 - 4 weeks after whelping.

Adult cats: Treat every 3 months. Breeding queens may require more frequent administration.

Tablet Sizes: Small dog or cat (0 - 5kg) tablet. Medium dog (5 - 10kg) tablet. Large dog (10 - 20kg) tablet. Extra large dog (35kg) tablet.
