Description

It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before and during the use of this product in order to determine the needs of your dog.

  • Prescribed by veterinarians for the nutritional support of dogs needing long term management for recurring struvite uroliths
  • Complete and balanced food that provides all the needed nutrition
  • Reduced levels of protein, magnesium and phosphorus to help limit the building blocks of crystals and bladder stones
  • Low sodium to maintain normal blood pressure
  • Added antioxidants to control cell oxidation and promote a healthy immune system
  • Targets urinary pH that discourages the formation and aggregation of struvite crystals

Indications – may be prescribed to nutritionally manage: 

  • To help limit the building blocks of crystals and bladder stones
  • Low sodium to maintain normal blood pressure
  • Added antioxidants to control cell oxidation and promote a healthy immune system

Contraindications: 

  •  Cats
  • Puppies
  • Pregnant or lactating bitches
  • Dogs receiving urinary acidifiers
  • Non-struvite urolithiasis
  • Hyperlipidaemia
  • Dogs with a history of, or at risk of, pancreatitis
